ObjetivoGestiona la prestación de servicios de soporte hacia los clientes, asegurando que se identifican las necesidades del cliente en tiempo y forma para los sistemas bajo cobertura

Responsabilidades:

  • Relevamiento inicial de las necesidades de los clientes en lo referente a los servicios contratados.
  • Documentación de las redes de los clientes para facilitar el tratamiento de potenciales incidentes.
  • Monitoreo de cumplimiento de los compromisos de servicios asumidos, y de la calidad de los mismos.
  • Seguimiento periódico con el Cliente de la evolución de los incidentes reportados
  • Elaboración de reportes mensuales de las actividades (incidentes tratados, cumplimieno de SLAs, etc.)
    Habilidades Técnicas y Experiência
  • Estudiante de carreras técnicas o de informática (sistemas, telecomunicaciones, electrónica, etc.) ó campos afines.
  • Experiência de 3 o más años en la prestación de servicios de soporte en redes de telecomunicaciones / sistemas de IT.
  • Habilidad en la elaboración de reportes y presentaciones
