Resumen de posición:


Impulsar la alineación continua de planes de ventas ejecutables de marca, canal y campo que cumplan los objetivos comerciales anuales y coordinar la ejecución y dar seguimiento a la entrega de planes comerciales.

Gestionar los procesos de planificación comercial (

MBP:
Ofertas, MSR & CR) y garantizar la ejecución en los canales/RTM en que la categoría a cargo se mueve. Esto alineado con la categoría, marcas, equipo de ventas, clientes y shopper, para cumplir los objetivos de negocio anuales.

Un día en la vida de:

  • Velar por la ejecución los planes de marca en los canales y clientes definidos (PCI) que entregan los objetivos de negocio, la gestión proactiva de las brechas entre los objetivos y los datos reales en un nível de categoría/canal.
  • Impulsar la eficiencia del proceso y la mejora continua, asegurando la aplicación coherente de las prácticas de planificación integrada óptimas comercial y se establece y mantiene esa disciplina.
  • Consolidar, comunicar, controlar y revisar el desempeño de la categoría a cargo a nível de región/canal/RTM y gestionar de forma proactiva las brechas entre los objetivos anuales y última estimación (datos reales, más el plan). Proporcionar dirección sobre la actividad de cierre del gap, la identificación de oportunidades para la categoría en la región/canal/RTM y habilitar los recursos requeridos.
  • Evaluar continuamente planes consolidados de la categoría a cargo para aprovechar las oportunidades, sinergias, maximizar y optimizar la asignación de recursos.
  • Se asegura de datos y análisis, herramientas y automatización que permiten el monitoreo y optimización del negocio y aplicar para apoyar la ejecución ágil y de ser necesario ajustar los planes comerciales.
  • Evaluar continuamente los planes consolidados dentro de la categoría / canal para aprovechar las oportunidades, maximizar las sinergias y optimizar la asignación de recursos.

Lo que te dará éxito:

  • Profesional con titulación universitaria en carreras administrativas y/o comerciales.
  • Experiência mínima de 4 años en áreas comerciales y/o de Trade marketing en consumo masivo en canal moderno.
  • Deseable inglés intermedio
  • Manejo avanzado de paquete Office
  • Claro entendimiento de las competencias comerciales: Master Shopper Understanding, Develop Winning Strategies and Plans, Lead Category Development, Drive Profitable Revenue Growth, Successful cross functional team leadership.
