  • adidas Shared Services in Bogotá delivers high quality services for Customer Service and Invoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, and other Finance processes as well as HR Services for adidas companies located in Americas.
  • Trade terms is a key element within adidas wholesale business. This team ensures that all discount conditions are maintained accurately in SAP and communicate data and process requirements when required.
The team assist in systems or process initiatives relating to discount conditions and well as performing ad hoc analysis

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and updates of trade terms information in SAP, including upload of terms and review of any difference related to previous seasons.
  • Maintain information to On-Invoice and Offinvoice discounts.
  • Ensure all the GL accounts related to the process are proper conciliated and all the differences escalated.
  • Ensure accurate information on SAP.
  • Contribute to resolution of queries related to missing or inaccurate data.
  • Continuously offer ideas and solutions on how to improve daily processes, tasks and procedures for increased efficiency or better service for all stakeholders.
  • Assist in systems or process initiatives relating to discount conditions, flow of information, or various ad hoc analyses that arise.
  • Assist in setting up new communication tools and process documentation.
  • Manage the relationships within customer service and sales as well as other stakeholders in the business.
  • Identify the improvement opportunities and support their implementation.
