Role Description

  • Collabobate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for open positions.
  • Assist with the preparation and dissemination of interview materials, such as job descriptions, assessments, and interview guides.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and training schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  • Assist with recruitmentrelated projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Onsite Position / Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, within the BPO or service industry.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
