WHAT YOU WILL DO


At Takeda, we are looking for an Accountant specialized in general accounting, financial reporting for accounting processes and management of working capital, fixed assets, compliance with accounting and statutory standards.

This position reports to the Accounting Supervisor and is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Preparation of local financial statements and corporate report.
  • Participate in monthend close, yearend close activities.
  • Preparation and analysis of reports, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including BS, P&L, Cash Flow, with their respective additional documentation that is required.
  • Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.
  • Assist to executes SOX controls.
  • Attention to external and internal audit requirements
  • Preparation of reports to control entities SuperSociedades, DANE, DIAN, Secretaria de Hacienda, etc.
  • Compliance with accounting policies and corporate and local procedures
  • Analysis, review and recording of journal entries, including deferred and income tax, depreciation/amortization, provisions, revenue recognition, etc.
  • Support the tax process, including analysis of information, presentation and payment of declarations.
  • Participate proactively in all the activities defined according to the position and role, within the framework of the SG-SST Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ensuring health and safety care, thus achieving compliance with the defined in the Company's policy on this matter.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Education

  • Certified Public Accountant.
  • 4 years of experience executing and managing processes in the financial area.
  • Knowledge of local fiscal and tax regulations.
  • Control and administration of inventories, fixed assets, intercompany accounting.
  • Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Advanced use of Excel.
  • Intermediate level English.

PROPOSITO DEL ROL


En Takeda, nos encontramos en la búsqueda un Analista Contable especializado en contabilidad general, reporte financiero para los procesos de contabilidad y gestión del capital de trabajo, activo fijos, cumplimiento de normas contables y estatutarias.

Esta posición reporta al Líder de Cuentas y tiene base en Bogotá, Colombia.

DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN

  • Elaboración de estados financieros locales y reporte corporativo.
  • Participar en las actividades de cierre de fin de mes, cierre de fin de año
  • Elaboración y análisis de informes, reportes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, incluyendo BS, P&L, Flujo de efectivo, con su respectiva documentación adicional que sea requerida.
  • Revisar e interpretar los requisitos, normas y reglamentos de información financiera.
  • Ayudar a ejecutar controles SOX.
  • Atención a requerimientos de auditoria externa e interna.
  • Elaboración de reportes a entidades de control como SuperSociedades, DANE, DIAN, Secretaria de Hacienda, etc.
  • Cumplimiento de políticas contables y procedimientos corporativos y locales.
  • Análisis, revisión y registro de asientos de diario, incluyendo impuesto diferido y de renta, depreciaciones/amortizaciones, provisiones, reconocimiento de ingresos, etc.
  • Apoyar el proceso de impuestos, incluyendo análisis de información, presentación y pago de las declaraciones.
  • Participar de forma proactiva en todas las actividades definidas conforme al cargo y rol, en el marco del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST, procurando el cuidado de la salud y seguridad, logrando así el cumplimiento de lo de definido en la política de la Compañía en esta materia.

A QUIEN BUSCAMOS

Experiência y educación:

  • Profesional universitario en Contaduría Pública.
  • Experiência de 4 años ejecutando y gestionando procesos en el área financiera.
  • Conocimientos en la normatividad fiscal y tributaria local.
  • Control y administración de inventarios, activos fijos, contabilidad Intercompañías.
  • Experiência previa trabajando en la industria farmacéutica.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de la aplicación de, IFRS, USGAAP, SOX, JSOX etc.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel.
  • Nível de inglés Intermedio.
