- What you will be doing
- Under general direction of the Country Manager, manages the daily depot operations including staff and has budgetary responsibility for the depot; also handles complex problem ́s resolution.
Bajo la dirección general del Gerente del País, administra las operaciones de depósito diarias y el personal y maneja la resolución de problemas complejos.
This position is categorized as compliance critical and, as such, requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Fulfills job responsibilities maintaining and assuring compliance with current ICH, GXP, FDA Good Clinical Practices, ISO guidelines or any other as required in the position training program. (Cumple con las responsabilidades mantener y asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas ICH, GXP, Buenas Practicas Clínicas de la FDA, normas ISO o cualquier otro según se requiera en el programa de capacitación para el cargo).
- Monitors the overall performance of staff members to ensure compliance with guidelines above. (Monitorea el desempeño general de los miembros del personal, para asegurar el cumplimiento con los lineamientos mencionados).
- Maintains established procedures concerning quality assurance, security of controlled substances and record keeping. (Mantiene los procedimientos establecidos concernientes al aseguramiento de calidad, seguridad de sustancias controladas y mantenimiento de registros).
- Ensures regulatory compliance standards are adhered to and that regulatory information is transferred appropriately to local staff and the corporate compliance team. (Asegura la adhesión a normas de cumplimiento regulatorio y que la información regulatoria sea transferida adecuadamente al personal local y al equipo de cumplimiento corporativo)
- Manages the restrictions (scope, cost, time, human resources, etc) in order to guarantee the depot complies with the expected performance indicators. Be aware of the metrics related to depot operations and assure the business continuity taking part in the planning process and business development activities. (Maneja las restricciones [alcance, costos, tiempo, recursos humanos, etc.] con el fin de garantizar que el depósito cumpla con los indicadores de desempeño esperados. Estar al corriente de las métricas relacionadas a las operaciones del depósito y asegurar la continuidad del negocio formando parte del proceso de planificación y las actividades de desarrollo del negocio).
- Is responsible for the local business development by periodically analyzing metrics (operational, occupancy, financial, etc.) and become the initiator of new projects whenever required. (Es responsable del desarrollo del negocio local a través del análisis periódico de las métricas [operacionales, de disponibilidad de espacio, financieras, etc.] y convertirse en iniciador de nuevos proyectos cuando sea requerido).
- With the assistance of the Country Manager, manages all associate relations functions for the staff such as hiring, terminating and performance management. Evaluate Personnel daily performance in order to analyze a career development for them. (Con la asistencia del Gerente del País, gestiona todas las funciones de relaciones de asociación para el personal, tales como la contratación, la terminación y manejo del rendimiento. Evalúa el desempeño diario de Personal con el fin de analizar un desarrollo de carrera para ellos).
- Reviews daily reporting and scheduling of hours worked for the staff. (Revisa los reportes diarios y la agenda de horas trabajadas del personal).
- Identifies and escalates to the Country Manager and the Human Resources any possible issue related to the depot staff that may impact the operational performance and/or working environment, such as change in local regulation, union representations, etc.
- Identifica y deriva al Gerente del País y a Recursos Humanos cualquier cuestión relacionada con el personal del depósito que pueda llegar a impactar en el desempeño operacional y/o el ambiente de trabajo, tales como cambios en la regulación local, en las representaciones gremiales, etc.
- Makes recommendations to Regional Operations Manager regarding changes to operating procedures in an effort to facilitate smooth the customer services operations. (Hace recomendaciones al Gerente Regional de Operaciones respecto de cambios en los procedimientos operativos en un esfuerzo para facilitar y suavizar las operaciones de servicio al cliente).
