Estamos en búsqueda de QA Tester LeadCalificaciones:
- Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
- 8 años de experiência en aseguramiento de la calidad del software.
- Fuerte conocimiento de metodologías, herramientas y procesos de control de calidad de software.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con gran atención al detalle.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, con capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con equipos multifuncionales.
- Habilidades de liderazgo comprobadas, con una trayectoria de liderazgo y motivación exitosa de equipos para lograr los objetivos de los proyectos.
- ISTQB u otras certificaciones relevantes son una ventaja.
- Comprensión sólida de los ciclos de vida del desarrollo de software.
- Impresionantes habilidades de resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico.
- Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales, habilidades analíticas excepcionales.
- Dominio del Inglés
Debe ser capaz de:
- Liderar y asesorar a un equipo de ingenieros de control de calidad para garantizar la entrega exitosa de productos de software de alta calidad.
- Desarrolle y ejecute planes de prueba integrales y casos de prueba para verificar la funcionalidad, el rendimiento y la confiabilidad del software.
- Colabore con gerentes de productos, desarrolladores de software y otras partes interesadas para comprender los requisitos del proyecto y traducirlos en escenarios comprobables.
- Identifique, documente y rastree defectos de software utilizando herramientas y metodologías adecuadas.
- Participe en todas las fases del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software, incluido el análisis de requisitos, el diseño, el desarrollo, las pruebas y la implementación.
- Implemente y mantenga marcos de prueba automatizados para optimizar el proceso de prueba y mejorar la eficiencia.
- Manténgase actualizado con las mejores prácticas de la industria y las tendencias emergentes en pruebas y control de calidad del software.
