We are seeking experienced Sr. Technical Support Engineers to join our growing team in Bogota, Colombia. You will work to support enterprise customers of Coupa's cloud-based platform and be part of a global team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in troubleshooting 2nd level technical issues
  • Manage customer expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
  • Work with other business units, including the Integration team, Operations, and Customer Success/Care, as required, to ensure strong customer satisfaction
  • Assist with the creation of knowledge articles in Coupa's knowledge base for customer and peer use

Requirements:

  • Quick learner, selfmotivated, and able to work in a fastpaced, startup environment
  • Committed to providing quality customer service
  • Technical experience (academic or commercial) in Unix/Linux, XML/XSL/XSLT, cXML, SQL/MySQL, phpMyAdmin, REST API, Shell/Bash, Ruby (on Rails), Python or other scripting language
  • Fluent in Spanish, English (C1 required) and Portuguese (preferred)
  • The ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems in a clear and simple way
  • 4 years of experience working directly with external customers in a technical support environment ideally in an enterprise software or SAAS company
  • Bachelor's or technical degree in Computer Science, or equivalent job experience
  • Experience using CRM and/or helpdesk call tracking and issue tracking tools
