Primary Responsibilities:

  • Tableau Online Administration including adding and removing users, reviewing and managing security, and monitoring extract scheduled refreshes.
  • Tableau User Onboarding, Training, and Support.
  • Driving User Adoption through recommending and implementing site organization strategies, developing and maintaining design templates and style guides, and hosting regular tips and training sessions.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards.
  • Support the Business Insights and Analytics Manager as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance existing and develop new dashboards to monitor KPIs and ratios and expose outliers.
  • Stay up to date on Tableau features and data visualization trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience administering Tableau Online.
  • 4+ years designing Tableau dashboards.
  • Above average Excel skills.
  • Proactive attitude to Tableau enhancements and bringing existing site closer to best practices.
  • A proactive teamplayer with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.
  • A resourceful, motivated selfstarter with the ability to complete work independently and on time.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are a MUST.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and understand problems quickly and create solutions in a timely manner.
  • The willingness to both offer, and receive, constructive feedback.

  • History of Tableau Community involvement.
  • Alteryx experience.
  • SQL Experience.
  • Power BI Experience.
  • Digital and/ or Linear Broadcast Media experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile principles.
