TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally. Our TMS family consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.


We are currently working closely with one of the world's leading FMCG brands and one of the most prestigious contracts in the POS and Display sector.

As a result, TMS's Global family has a fantastic opportunity for an Production Manager
to join our client services team in Colombia, either Cali or Bogotá on permanent basis.


Main Tasks:

About the role


This is a hybrid position which will combine home working and being based out of the clients' offices In either Bogota or Cali depending on location.

You will be playing a key part in ensuring the client is fully supported and managed whilst delivering exceptional account management through the smooth and efficient execution of all POS / Point of Sale and Display campaigns.

Along with that, you will be providing operational support to the client as well as providing effective leadership and support to the dedicated team.

You will also, be responsible for the service and commercial delivery of jobs, managing projects end to end and also being responsible in identifying new opportunities to support the growth of their FMCG brands through innovative solutions based on our wide range of POS / Point of Sale and Display products and services.


Some of your Day to Day responsibilities will be:

  • Managing Multi-campaigns/multi-job projects with multiple service elements.
  • The execution and management of print management strategies.
  • Planning, budgeting and cost management of POS and Display campaigns.
  • Taking briefs and developing alternative solutions when new briefs or challenges arise.
  • Spotting opportunity to strengthen and develop the existing relationship and contract.
  • Ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns end to end according to client needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the project progress to internal and external stakeholders.

About you


If you are an experienced Client service professional and have worked on some POS / Point of Sale and Display marketing, then this role could be a great fit for you.

Any additional experience within shopper marketing and consumer insights would be useful but not essential and an understanding of Packaging and Display would also be useful to have.

Within this role you will need to provide client leadership and management, but the most important skill we are looking for is attentive and excellent client communication, as this is one of the key factors for success within this role.


To qualify for the role, some skills that would be either essential or helpful:

  • Working fluency in English.
  • Experience of POS or Display Marketing, any Packaging experience or from an agency background would also be beneficial.
  • Previous and strong client skills / services experience.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Familiar with end to end to end procurement/supply chain process
