At Publicis Groupe, we are searching for an Asset Manager proficient in English to join our production Hub at Publicis Global Delivery, our talent powerhouse, the global interconnected network providing offshore & nearshore solutions for our partners' businesses worldwide.

Situated in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico, we offer centralized expertise of all Publicis Global Services' capabilities to ensure consistent and standardized delivery across Media, Production, Commerce, Content, Data & Technology.

What you'll do:

As an Associate Project Manager in the Asset Management field, you will be a planner, problem solver, analytical thinker, client relationship builder, and project coordinator.

You will oversee the production of CGI renders, Photography, and Video content, working towards bringing Creative concepts to life.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Manage the entire production process of images and video content, from ideation to final deliverables.
  • Ensure all assets and resources are identified to meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project deliverables such as project charters, budgets, and project plans.
  • Lead project delivery through effective use of meetings.
  • Control project scope and the change control process.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Act as the client point-of-contact for project-related matters.
  • Participate in PM Discipline community for knowledge sharing and personal growth.

We're seeking strong, impactful work experience, typically including:

  • 2-4 years of project management/production experience in an interactive agency or consulting firm.
  • Experience managing CGI renders, photography, and visual content.
  • Understanding of creative fundamentals and best practices in photography and CGI imagery.
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies and ability to identify/resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated leadership in resolving project risks.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and multi-disciplinary solutions.
