Tu función principal será
asegurar la satisfacción y retención de nuestros clientes, gestionando relaciones y negociaciones de manera efectiva y manteniendo una actitud proactiva y positiva en todo momento.


Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes estadounidenses actuales, garantizando su satisfacción y fidelización.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y retención dentro de la cartera de clientes asignada.
  • Comunicarse de manera efectiva con clientes americanos en inglés, tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para maximizar oportunidades de ingresos y retención.
  • Resolver de manera proactiva problemas y preocupaciones de los clientes, asegurando una experiência positiva.
  • Utilizar datos y métricas para evaluar el rendimiento y proponer mejoras en las estrategias de retención.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre los productos y servicios de la empresa para proporcionar asesoramiento experto a los clientes.

Requisitos INDISPENSABLES

1 año de experiência en funciones de retención, experiência en client sucess, retention, ventas y demas es indispensable.

Nível de inglés C1 o superior, con excelente capacidad de comunicación verbal y escrita.

  • Experiência en el
    manejo de clientes americanos es altamente valorada.
  • Habilidad demostrada para negociar y gestionar relaciones de manera efectiva.
  • Actitud proactiva y positiva, con una fuerte orientación al cliente y al logro de objetivos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, adaptándose a un entorno remoto.
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
