The Courier ́s Marketing team is in charge of creating campaigns for all new and existing Couriers to find in DiDi their best partner to increase their earnings and gain flexibility.


Our mission is to drive consideration and share of preference among couriers through insightful communication, delivering the right message at the right time.

We are looking for an analyst that is resourceful and organized. A true team-player that is proactive and not afraid of taking challenges.


You will be interacting with stakeholders across Latam from different areas, enriching your knowledge of the business and opening possibilities to understand how a fast-paced company works.


Role Responsibilities:

Strategy development & execution. Work with our Operations team to develop and execute strategies to drive share of preference and supply. Coordinating with several stakeholders in the Couriers Latam Business.

Campaign management. Develop and execute owned media marketing campaigns.

Channel management. Become an expert managing our owned channels and work with other stakeholders to plan effective ways to use and optimize these channels for all of our communication strategies to couriers.

Creative asset development & optimization. Work with our internal creative teams, present briefs and develop creative assets required to support our communication.

Research & insights. Use external and internal sources to find relevant insights that can be translated into powerful messages within our campaigns. Understand the needs of our Couriers, by implementing surveys from scratch and analyzing data, making focus groups or any other type of research.

Processes. Generate or upgrade existing processes that can result in greater efficiency, scalability and better alignment with counterparts of our campaigns.

Measurement & Analysis. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the performance of each campaign or project. Regularly monitor metrics, prepare reports, presentations, and present findings and results to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Reporting. Document in full each marketing initiative, from planning to execution and results.

Role Qualifications:

Background. Business Administration, Marketing, Communication major preferred.

Previous experience. 1+ year in a marketing role executing communication campaigns is preferred.

Communication. Fluent both in Spanish and English (mandatory) and with excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking. Solid strategic marketing thinking to build strategies and solve problems.

Data-Driven & Analytical Thinking. Strong analytical and numerical skills to frame marketing strategies, understand results and support proposed approaches. Results and performance driven, with the ability to make decisions based on data, prioritizing initiatives based on the highest potential impact.

Stakeholder management. Manage cross-team collaboration with different business areas and business units to successfully develop synergies and innovative strategies.
