OPPORTUNITY
We are a fintech startup looking for excited, high performing sellers with people skills, ambition, and the flexibility to work at a fast-paced fin-tech startup.
You will be responsible for the following
- Prospecting for new businesses to develop relationships
- Building and maintaining a database with potentially interested prospects and following up on future business opportunities
- Tracking and reporting on account activity
- Making outbound calls
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments for the Sales and Business Development Team
- Setting demo schedules for the team
- Explaining basic features and services being offered to the clients
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Leads Generation Specialist
- Demonstrated track record of overachieving targets
- Possess an indepth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies including the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources as well as industry best practices.
- Excellent multitasking and timemanagement skills
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Goal focused
- Proactive with strong work ethics
- Passion about enterprise SaaS, finance, and real estate
- Tremendous followthrough
- An entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit
- Unafraid of rejection
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred
- Sustained comfortability and efficiency in a workfromhome setup
