This will be a full-time position, salary, Monday-Friday (NO WEEKENDS), and paid semi-monthly with additional bonuses and flexible time off.

Compensation:

$600

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager to resolve any invoice issues, and process invoices, checks, and payroll accurately and ontime
  • Use extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is input into AppFolio
  • Complete bank reconciliations in AppFolio for multiple accounts every month
  • Ensure all tenant delinquencies are accurate and contact residents daily to reduce balances
  • Assist manager in verifying the accuracy of the general ledger, and journal entries, and prepare balance sheets and financial reports for review
  • Oversee all financial transactions, such as credit card and bank reconciliations, and manage accounts receivables process
  • Respond to all tenant and owner account inquiries
  • Manage accounting inbox

Qualifications:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • AppFolio experience is a must
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Exceptional organization, analytical, problemsolving, and communications skills are important
  • A high school diploma is required an associate's degree in accounting, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a must
