**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts receivables and ensure timely collections
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Perform reconciliations of accounts receivables and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on delinquent payments
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on accounts receivables
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Strong knowledge with account software such as Quickbooks Online
- Proficient in General Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiar with Asana for tasks management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
