Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our premier dry cleaning and laundry service team in Austin, Texas.

With two distinct brands focusing on dry cleaning and laundry services and convenient pick-ups, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch experiences to our clientele.


As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our company and customers, managing inquiries, coordinating pickups, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Place morning calls to hotels to schedule pickups, ensuring timely coordination.
  • Monitor and promptly respond to customer inquiries via chat through Tawk.
  • Monitor and respond to customer messages through SMRT.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer needs and inquiries.
  • Identify and escalate any unusual or urgent matters to the CEO for prompt resolution.
  • Assist the CEO with special projects, including light data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Conduct weekly checkins with the CEO to review performance and discuss any pertinent matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote team environment.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
  • Availability to work during standard business hours, with occasional flexibility for special projects or urgent matters.
