Product Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Director to join our team at Teletech Holdings, Inc. as a key member of our customer experience solutions team. As a Product Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling product messaging and positioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and promote our products.
Key Responsibilities- Product Collateral Development
Create and update product collateral, such as website copy, brochures, case studies, white papers, and sales presentations, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our customer experience solutions.
Product Launch and PromotionSupport product launches, campaigns, and events to generate demand and awareness for our customer experience solutions, and measure their effectiveness.
Market Analysis and InsightsAnalyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies, and provide data-driven insights to optimize product marketing initiatives.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and 6+ years of experience in product marketing in the customer experience or technology industry.
Skills and QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling stories, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions, and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
