Summary

Paramount Pictures is looking for a dynamic HR professional to join the team in supporting an upcoming live-action film shoot in Colombia. This temporary role offers a great chance to have a positive impact on the production and immerse yourself in the beauty and culture of Colombia.

This successful candidate will report to the Production HR lead in Miami and provide on-set HR support, collaborating closely with directors, producers, department heads, and external vendors to address personnel issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

Responsibilities (include/but not limited to):

  • Collaborates with onsite and remote production leaders to ensure timely delivery of HR resources. Handles employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts with professionalism.
  • Provides support to minor talent and their guardians, offering guidance and advocacy.
  • Serves as a primary contact for all employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment for the cast and crew. Develops HR solutions to enhance production efficiency.
  • Adopts a fair, balanced approach with employees and management, mediating various employee relations interactions.
  • Manages employee interactions to minimize disruptions and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience and Expertise:

  • The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in employee relations, with a strong record of building positive work cultures.
  • Prior experience in film/TV production or similar fast-paced settings is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage for effective communication in a diverse workforce.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $2,200 - $2,700 USD per week, based on experience. Housing and meals provided.
