  • Dow has an exciting opportunity as Senior Sales Leader for Industrial Solutions (Andean Countries) and Polyurethanes (Colombia, Ecuador and Peru) based in Bogota
  • COL.

The Senior Sales Leader is responsible for leading both employee and customer experience, while driving a profitable business growth through innovation and sustainability.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manages a team of 5+ people demonstrating inclusive leadership in all aspects of a people leader, as when recruiting, hiring, recognizing, and developing people, to attain a highly transparent, agile, and skilled professional sales team.
  • Guides and supports Account Management Teams for a deep understanding of our customers strategies related to sustainability (ESG) and digital transformation for Innovation and Growth.
  • Accountable for implementing the sales, marketing and channel strategy at the country level, strategic customer management and customer segmentation.
  • Aligns and coordinates customer and channel prioritization with internal resources to deliver unparalleled customer experiences to our customers.
  • Shares P&L ownership with the respective business and is responsible for country customer acquisition, retention, profitability, and the daytoday people management activities of Sales Professionals.
  • Works with the sales, marketing, and product leadership to set the focus and prioritization of the commercial strategy, business/sales plan, and drive cross business selling.
  • Coaches direct reports to manage the performance of our sales channels to deliver superior growth and performance with a discipline of customer/distribution management plan.
  • Influences industry programs to align with Dow's priorities to grow the business.
  • Key performance metrics include I&D, people development, profitability, volume and margin growth of differentiated offerings, EH&S, SARD, Budget TER, DSO and forecast accuracy (price and volume).
  • People management activities include goal setting, coaching, recognition, EDP, succession plan, account plan development/execution and removing "barriers" for success.
