Responsibilities:

  • Commute to the Medellin Office Monday-Friday.
  • Detailed Documentation on Client Issues/Requests for Technicians.
  • Provide Basic Step by Step Troubleshooting via Remote Control Tools.
  • Follow Step by Step Instructions to Guide End-Users.
  • Communication between Technicians and End-Users.
  • Followup with Unresponsive End-Users for Open Tickets.
  • Communication with Vendors.
  • Reset Password Assistance.
  • Onboarding New Users.
  • Assign Tickets to Technicians.
  • Handling Customer Inquiries, Complaints, and Requests.
  • Building Strong Customer Relationships.
  • Meet SLA Response Requirements.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Modern Office in Medellin

Skills & Capabilities:

  • B2+ English
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Able to Work Full-Time 9am6pm EST
  • Typing 60+ WPM
  • IT Support Experience is a PLUS
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Customer Service
  • Be Organized and Multi-Task.
