We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Equipment Coordinator to join our team, responsible for processing equipment orders placed by Equipment Sales force; coordinating, staging, and delivery of equipment orders; acting as a liaison between equipment specialist, service managers, manufacturers, and distribution centers regarding equipment orders; receiving and responding to internal and external customer inquiries; resolving equipment related issues/problems; working with regions to maintain regional inventory; processing vendor claims.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in logistics.
- Experience working with as liaison with vendors.
- Experience with pricing and inventory.
- Experience with Project Management.
- Experience in proofreading quotes, purchase order and receipts.
