¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES?

  • Ejecutar el proceso de reserva diaria de manera que se maximice el nível de servicio de nuestros clientes.
  • Trabajar de la mano con Market Collaboration en el mapeo de los riesgos de suministro y darle seguimiento a los mismos(GAP Management).
  • Validar y dar seguimiento a las reglas de Listing and Exclution y Quota Management junto con CSP.
  • Dar seguimiento y visibilidad de los FIFOS y migraciones para cada uno de nuestros canales.
  • Proponer mejoras significativas de los procesos existentes mediante el uso de herramientas digitales que nos permitan optimizarlos.
  • Dar seguimiento junto con el área Digital de Customer Operations de iniciativas como Digipath y desarrollos internos.
  • Apoyar de manera significativa en la homologación de procesos Andina.
  • Liderar iniciativas de mejora basados en el árbol de perdidas del Dispatch Rate/Nível de Servicio.
  • Participar en la agenda de Stock Management en los diferentes squads.
  • Asegurar el mantenimiento optimo de la plataforma Logyca Colabora y dar soporte a los clientes internos.
  • Liderar los procesos de auditorias internas y externas por parte de GS
  • Dar soporte al equipo de Market Collaboration en el proceso de DPM.

LO QUE NECESITARÁS PARA TENER ÉXITO

Experiências & Calificaciones

  • Profesional en carreras de Ingeniería, Administración y/o carreras afines.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en Excel.
  • Conocimiento en SAP, RTVA, Connect, desarrollo de macros.
  • Conocimiento en herramientas de digitalización como PBI, Power Query, Power Automate entre otras.
  • Ingles intermedio.
