  • Develop and coordinate the annual planning and periodic forecasting processes and review results against plans monthly including annual budget planning and monthly estimate process
  • Conduct Forecasting scenarios for LATAM countries at Legal Entity level
  • Conduct various ad hoc analyses and strategically address issues that are complementary to the regulatory Planning and Analysis processes at country level
  • Responsible for the support in the preparation of Legal Entity Forecasting and Performance Management for Latam Countries
  • Execute time critical activities for client facing Financial Planning and Analysis teams
  • Assist in the development of review with material for internal senior leadership internal and external regulator reviews
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Coordination, consolidation and review of MRM (Model Risk Management) requirements within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 25 years of experience in accounting and/or finance
  • Experience in financial services preferred
  • Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate level in English

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and related areas or equivalent experience
