JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Process payments received by entering the data accurately and promptly into the system.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with agents, addressing inquiries, and resolving paymentrelated issues.
  • Generate daily reports and analyze the data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Process changes to policy information, ensuring accurate and uptodate records in the system.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to perform data analysis, present insights, and highlight key findings.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy and integrity, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with team members and management to implement changes.
  • Adhere to regulatory and company policies related to payment processing, confidentiality, and data security.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment processing.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and ensure a seamless payment experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar payment processing roles.
  • Advanced English language proficiency, with Portuguese language skills desirable but not mandatory.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to propose effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
