What We Are Seeking
We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi's rapid growth across Latam. As a Process Improvement Consultant, you will Analyze, propose, and implement processes improvements based on industry's best practices.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
- Investigate about industry's best practices and identify new approaches and solutions to business issues identified through processes analysis. Propose processes improvements to promote business agility, innovation, and collaboration.
- Design, automate, and integrate processes in Bizagi to gather, update and monitor information to improve organizational productivity.
- Document and publish policies and procedures according to law regulations and defined standards, to guarantee standardization, control, and maintenance of organization's intellectual capital.
- Monitor and support a collaborative culture based on technological tools and solutions that delivers on time and on budget to enable organizational efficiency.
Skills:
Academic and professional qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or alike
Experience
- +1 years Participate in collage projects related to processes improvements.
- Processes management and documentation Essential
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Essential
- BPM tools management (Bizagi preferred).

- English advanced level
