Job Summary


The
Clains Analyst will attend and manage the spare parts claims from dealers, establishing responsible and reporting to delegation authorities for approval and follow-up, as well as generate indicators and improvement opportunities for the process.


Main Activities:

  • Ensure that claims requested by dealers are uploaded into the system for approval or rejection by the area manager.
  • Inform the dealer of the status of claims.
  • Report to the logistics operator the receipt and physical review of the approved material.
  • Authorize in the system the issuance of credit notes.
  • Control of claims by a consolidated record.
  • Report shortages, surpluses and/or breakdowns to supply sources found at reception.
  • Reporting of claims process indicators, KPI.
  • Monthly, consolidate the news developments with the logistics and transport operator.
  • Participate in the audit processes established by Ford Colombia for the control of the claims process.
