Introduction
As a Finance & Administration Business Associate you'll be a trusted business advisor.

You'll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business.

You'll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.


Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of the information entered
- comply with the legal requirements of the country

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Meet the dates, deadlines before expiration
' - Reception and loading of accounts payable to suppliers (doc-out)

  • Manual postings
  • Compliance with Ans and KPIs
  • Creation and management of innovation initiatives
  • Compliance with assigned loads

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Student 5-8 semester of administrative careers, accounting-administration or technical Sena

Administration, Accounting, Sena Technician


Availability to work on Colombian holidays (depending on the calendars of the countries in which the operation is carried out).

Who lives in Bogota or surroundings

Management capacity, high level of commitment and responsibility, with basic knowledge of registering accounts payable, attention to suppliers, reception of suppliers

Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, Excel management skills (basic level) with experience in accounting issues.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Preferably with knowledge or management of SAP FI
