We are seeking a high-volume recruiting coordinator based in Colombia, to assist us in organizing the recruiting process for Brazilian & Colombian electricians and solar panel installers for their relocation to Germany and potentially Spain.

Job Description:

Coordinating our recruitment operations in Brazil & Colombia

  • Consolidating relevant documents for the German visa process
  • Organizing language courses (German)

Representing Enpal in Brazil & Colombia

  • Acting as a point of contact for our partners in Brazil & Colombia, such as the Brazilian-German Chamber of Commerce
  • Establishing new partnerships with relevant institutions
  • Supporting our project to establish our own academy in Brazil & Colombia

Qualifications:

  • Holds a university degree in business administration, business psychology, or related fields
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably for bluecollar/construction positions
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Project management experience
  • Methodical approach to work
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to achieve professional growth, and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges
  • Ability to structure projects from end to end
  • Familiarity with highvolume recruitment and the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Proficient in recruiting tools such as Airtable
  • Fluent in both English (C1 level) Portuguese & Spanish; knowledge in German is a plus
  • Start-Up experience is preferred
