Recabar información en relación al proceso operativo de almacén así como sus actividades.
- administrar los procesos de pick and pack, inbound, outbound y de distribución así como la logística inversa.
- administrar el inventario, recibir reportes de entradas y salidas y revisarlos.
- administrar, a través del operador logístico la calidad y tiempos de recepción de las mercancías (inbound) así como del proceso surtido (pick and pack) y de distribución (outbound).
- revisar y controlar las facturas de los proveedores (almacén, transporte, materiales indirectos) así como mantener registro, reportes necesarios para la gestión operativa y administrativa definidos en conjunto con el Cs & Ops. Coordinator.
- preparar toda la documentación asociada a la distribución en base a requerimientos del Operador Logístico y/o cliente
- apoyar y participar en auditorias de Qa.

  • Elaborar Kpi's para trazabilidad de ordenes de venta y entregas
- identificar áreas de oportunidad y proponer mejoras en los procesos establecidos
- asegurar, la ejecución de las actividades relacionadas al servicio al cliente. Mantener relación y comunicación estrecha con los clientes, dar seguimiento a sus requerimientos y trabajar con areas internas a fin de construir y mantener el "customer Delivery Rating" de servicio definido. Así como, asegurar que el proceso de envío/recepción de facturas a los clientes se realice de forma correcta y en tiempo - balancear y revisar, continuamente, fechas compromiso, fechas de entrega y actividades que permitan que el proceso de emisón y gestión de órdenes de clientes sea el correcto, de acuerdo a las necesidades de los clientes y en base a Sla's y procesos operativos internos - conectar con el equipo Comercial a fin de identificar, interpretar y desarollar planes de mitigación que aseguren la entrega en tiempo y forma a los clientes.
- asegurar que las políticas de manejo de información, de seguridad y/o confidencialidad con los clientes se sigan, sin excepciones, en c/u de las interacciones
- participar, activamente, en reuniones de seguimiento con los clientes o con otras áreas cuando sea requerido - conocer y actualizarse sobre los productos y servicios que proporciona la compañía
- ser apoyo directo como "user" en procesos de pruebas en sistema y/o nuevos proyectos relacionados.
- asegurar la ejecución de las actividades relacionadas al servicio al cliente, administrativas: portales, citas, notificaciones de embarques, estatus, en alineación con los Ejecutivos. - ser "back up" / respaldo, de Ejecutivos de Cs cuando sea requerido, previa alineación y soporte de la Coordinación - desarrollarse en las actividades de Ejecutivo de Customer Service como parte de su desarrollo profesional y ajuste en responsabilidades a mediano plazo
