Team Overview:

Role Responsibilities:

Corporate Communications Leadership:

  • Develop and execute corporate communication strategies for SSL, aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media and key opinion leaders in the region to promote a positive image of the company.
  • Coordinate regional proactive announcements to highlight corporate initiatives and achievements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding efforts.

Safety Management:

  • Lead safety initiatives for the region, developing and implementing effective strategies.
  • Coordinate crisis management, optimizing processes and using analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of actions.
  • Establish and maintain the "Here for You" Community Lab to engage local communities and address seasonal safety concerns.
  • Act as a proactive safety lead for transportation and food delivery services, identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in corporate communications, safety, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, especially in SSL.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and preferably additional knowledge of other languages in the region.
