Objetivo:


Esta posición tiene el propósito de liderar al equipo de análisis de datos, transmitiendo sus conocimientos y potenciando el de los demás.

Es responsable de motivar y orientar la obtención de información a partir de diversas fuentes y herramientas, convirtiendo los datos en insights para identificar oportunidades.


Responsabilidades:

  • Extraerás, procesarás, analizarás y presentarás datos para el equipo y cliente, enfocado en los objetivos estratégicos.
  • Monitorearás constantemente redes sociales y medios para la identificación y mapeo de temas de interés para nuestros clientes. Identificaras oportunidades y amenazas para el negocio.
  • Te harás cargo de la distribución de los proyectos, evaluando los resultados de los mismos.
  • Supervisión de todo el Data Management de las diferentes fuentes de datos en Social Media, desde el proceso ETL, la definición de los criterios de análisis, a la visualización de la información (reportes o dashboards).
  • Presentación de reportes y propuestas ante diversos clientes.
  • Liderazgo e impulsión de proyectos de innovación para la mejora continua de productos y servicios.
  • Definición de KPIs acorde a las necesidades del cliente.
  • Gestión de alertas y crisis mediante el análisis y la medición del impacto.
  • Innovarás y desarrollarás de nuevos procesos o herramientas que permitan automatizar tareas y/o aportar valor agregado a equipos y clientes.
  • Motivarás, orientarás y liderarás al equipo de Intelligence para lograr un análisis de datos enfocado en objetivos estratégicos.

Requirements:

  • Experiência de 7 años en cargos similares liderando equipos de análisis de datos.
  • Manejo experto de Excel, Power BI y SQL.
  • Experiência en herramientas Social Listening (Netbase, Sysomos/Meltwater, etc).
  • Amplia experiência en el armado de Reportes (Keynote/PowerPoint, conocimientos de data storytelling y visualización).
  • Experiência en procesamiento métricas de campañas de comunicación (digital & rrss).
  • Habilidad para complementar el análisis mediante la consulta y el cruce de diversas fuentes de información.
  • Actitud proactiva, buscar puntos de mejora y proponer soluciones.
  • Comunicación asertiva y pasión por las RRSS.
  • Nível de Inglés avanzado.
  • Manejo de R y Python es un plus.
