Descripción:


El Administrador de Soporte de Nómina - Nível 1 es responsable de asistir a todas las áreas dentro del Departamento de Nómina con varias tareas administrativas.


Responsabilidades:

  • Proporcionar apoyo administrativo para garantizar un funcionamiento eficiente dentro del Departamento de Nóminas.
  • Facilita de forma proactiva y coherente una comunicación clara y eficaz con los empleados y los clientes.
  • Facilita la colaboración interna y externa para establecer el éxito del cliente.
  • Otras tareas asignadas.

  • Entrada de datos
  • Atención al detalle
  • Comunicación
  • Organización, gestión y seguimiento de múltiples tareas y asignaciones detalladas con prioridades y plazos que cambian con frecuencia en un entorno de trabajo acelerado.
  • Manejo de información sensible y confidencial.
  • Excel específicamente V-Look Up & Pivot Tables

Requisitos:

  • Un mínimo de dos (2) años en funciones relacionadas con la atención al cliente/introducción de datos.
  • Preferiblemente, un mínimo de un (1) año de experiência en nóminas.
  • Capacidad demostrada para mejorar los procesos.
