Description

General information:
Develop accurate, timely completion of technical bid and proposal documents, ensuring alignment with schedule, quality standards, safety requirements, and cost targets

Responsibilities:
Creating, implementing and reviewing local Sales Support strategies, in line with global strategy.

Overseeing the creation of estimations, bids and proposals to ensure alignment with relevant Hitachi Energy procedures and guidelines as well as legal requirements.

Ensuring that all competitive offers consider the market situation and customer conditions. Supporting the Sales organization to determine optimal and most cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.

Assigning internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation to maintain high-level technical and commercial support for internal and external customers.

Facilitating support to the Sales organizations during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations with customers and providing technical support and clarification as needed.

Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through market intelligence and insight from Sales teams. Guiding, motivating, coaching and developing the skills, knowledge and competencies of the Sales support team.

Electrical Engineer Languages:
Intermediate English Expertise (Years): 3 years Substation equipment, worked with substation offers (assembly, equipment, construction) EPC of substations Sales (negotiation, strategy) Advanced Excel Knowledge of proposal estimates, tender management, risk analysis, utilities and electrical solutions
