Disponibilidad 24/7. Por lo general nuestros clientes trabajan de lunes a viernes de 8 am a 6 pm. Sin embargo, hay cuentas donde pueden trabajar algún que otro sábado, o de martes a sábado, esporádico pero pasa. Sin ninguna restricción ya que varias cuentas están CST, EST y PST. Algunas son horarios nocturnos, 2 días OFF. Si es On Call, se pide disponibilidad 24/7.

Responsabilidades:

  • Inicialmente entrarás a nuestra escuela de schedulers, en la cual te enseñaremos como ser un scheduler para compañías norteamericanas. Mientras te entrenamos, también recibirás remuneración por capacitarte con nosotros. Una vez pases a ser un scheduler, serás responsable de mantener la relación entre el cliente y personal interno de la compañía y, ayudar a proporcionar la "mejor experiência de atención al usuario" tanto para clientes como empleados. Garantizarás que todas las solicitudes se reciban de forma precisa y detallada y se gestionen adecuadamente, mientras realizas diversas actividades de supervisión para la programación del personal adecuado para cada uno de tus clientes; realizarás procesamiento de tarjetas de registro de horas, cuando sea necesario; y supervisión del sistema de telefonía y otras responsabilidades relacionadas con las nóminas, según sea necesario. Como Scheduler trabajarías con agencias de caregivers, donde recibirás llamadas de clientes que requieren un cuidador para su papa, mama, abuelito o aquel adulto mayor que no puede cuidarse solo. Te encargaras de agendar a los cuidadores con los pacientes, y ser ese punto de contacto entre los clientes hacia la agencia, y la agencia hacia los cuidadores. si algún cuidador no puede asistir y te notifica, debes programar a otro cuidador y ponerte en contacto con ambas partes.
