- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in aviation training, specifically within military or commercial environments.
- Program Development: At least 5 years of experience in creating and executing training programs, along with a proven track record in assessing the effectiveness of these programs.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of OJT requirements for Sikorsky UH-60 and specialized aviation courses.
- Instructional Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a UH-60 instructor.
- Licensing: Possession of a valid Colombian instructor IET license.
- Technical Publications: Must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of aircraft technical documentation.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language Skills: English language proficiency equivalent to Foreign Service Institute Level R/2, S/1; Spanish language proficiency equivalent to Foreign Service Institute Level R/3, S/3.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Colombian Aeronautica Civil, FAA, and military aviation regulations is preferred.
- Safety Standards: Knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures is essential.
