Qualificações
- Experiência manejando ITSM preferiblemente Service Now
- Experiência con la entrega de servicio al cliente
- Experiência manejando SLAs, escalamientos, quejas reclamos y contratos.
- Experiência atendiendo auditorías
- Experiência en Excel y/o Power BI
- Experiência en manejo de procedimientos de ITIL, tales como gestión de incidentes, requerimientos, cambios, problemas, configuración
- Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación con otras áreas, tales como comercial preventa, Legal, finanzas y compras.
