The Technical Implementation Associate is in charge of ensuring correct understanding of a project scope, is able to elaborate Project Plans and is also capable to work with different stakeholders in a project to warranty successful Project completion in timely manner.


The Implementation manager is the first person who clients and Citi Internal team members turn to when something goes wrong, so it is in these professionals' best interest to anticipate any potential hiccups before they happen.

Adaptability and problem solving are key to keeping control of a project.

Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives.

Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.

Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.

Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results.

Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner.

Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information.

Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep CRM tool updated with all relevant details for the project deals in pipeline.
  • Create the project plan / Timeline so the client is aware of what is to be implemented and how long it would take.
  • Work as a partner with the team members to collaboratively find solutions to complex project.
  • Interfaces with junior business partners, vendors and any other stakeholders driving internet initiatives. Communicates progress to manager.
  • Ensures the best client implementation experience in all host to host projects by completing all assigned internal and external project related activities for a timely and smooth delivery. Handles less complex client concerns where able and escalate critical issues.
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects, closely monitors progress and follows up accordingly. Able to leverage technology resources to pull metrics.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 25 years relevant experience
  • Clear and concise English communication skills.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • Negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage high workload within a pressurized environment.
  • Good Self learning skills
  • Ability to manage complex integration solutions, working alongside Technical and Technology teams.
  • Strong work ethic willingness to take a "hands on" approach to ensuring all elements of the solution are delivered as specified.
  • Attention to detail and experience of working in a controlled environment

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
