Acerca del puesto Associate Brand Marketing Specialist:

Nuestro
cliente se encarga de la fabricación de lentes de contactos blandos y busca persona responsable de ejecutar planes estratégicos y tácticos diseñados para capitalizar las oportunidades del mercado y generar demanda.

Este rol será responsable de realizar programas clave, análisis del negocio para identificar impulsores clave y conocimientos para contribuir al desarrollo de estrategias futuras.

Estos incluyen mensajes de productos, promociones para clientes y consumidores, apoyo a la introducción de nuevos productos y otras iniciativas de marketing para lograr los objetivos comerciales de la compañía en Colombia.


Funciones

  • Desarrolla planes de marketing para todas las submarcas y productos, incluido el marketing digital para las marcas principales.
  • Lidera la comercialización de lanzamientos de nuevos productos y programas.
  • Evaluar tendencias competitivas, dinámicas de mercado, tendencias de ventas y pronósticos de ventas para productos estratégicos
  • Implementación de estrategias de comunicación y redes sociales alineadas al plan de marketing.
  • Construya una presencia en las redes sociales manteniendo una fuerte presencia en línea.

  • Gestión de equipos multifuncionales

Requisitos

  • Labor híbrida en Bogotá
  • Inglés B2 en adelante
  • Buen conocimiento de todos los diferentes canales de marketing digital
  • 5 a 8 años de experiência relacionada en gestión de productos o marcas, preferiblemente en la industria del cuidado de la salud.
