Room4 Media is currently seeking a
Bilingual Marketing Support Specialist to join our dynamic marketing and new business acquisition team.


As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing activities, enabling us to position Room4 Media to global companies, generate interest in our innovative services which will lead to wining new accounts.


What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate innovative content ideas that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the distribution of content across various channels, including our website, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • Create video Scripts for educational content
  • Optimize existing blog posts for search engines
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics
  • Monitor social media channels, forums, and online platforms to track conversations and sentiment around our brand and industry.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance the positioning of Room4 Media and its products.
  • Brainstorm and propose creative advertising strategies that align with our target audience and marketing goals.
  • Design and implement nurturing campaigns to engage and educate leads, moving them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to adapt marketing collateral, such as presentations, case studies, and sales materials, to effectively support their efforts.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a creative services environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and convey ideas effectively both in Spanish and English.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced, dynamic team environment
