Data Scientist:

Propósito general:

Responsable de utilizar técnicas avanzadas de análisis de datos para extraer información significativa de grandes conjuntos de datos y proporcionar insights que impulsen a la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Esto lo logrará gracias a la integración y diseño de frameworks de medición, creación de dashboards y al desarrollo de modelos de análisis de indicadores de medios y negocio

Conocimientos y requisitos:

  • Implementación de modelos de análisis de datos.
  • Habilidades de programación y diseño de dashboards.
  • Conocimiento en métricas de marketing y media.
  • Inglés B2.

Funciones:

  • Desarrollar modelos de análisis predictivos y algorítmicos para resolver problemas de negocio e impulsar el crecimiento del negocio del cliente(s).
  • Diseñar el modelo de medición de las diferentes estrategias o acciones que se implementan
  • Facilitar datos para análisis y garantizar que los dasbhoards estén actualizados y automatizados.
  • Proponer nuevas metodologías de automatización y análisis de datos, conectando con vendors de media y al interior del grupo.

Objetivos:

  • Optimizar, automatizar y mejorar las soluciones de medición y dashboarding que se tienen a disposición del cliente(s).
  • Implementar modelos de análisis predictivo que permitan acelerar la capacidad de análisis del equipo y así impactar de forma positiva el negocio del cliente.
  • Diseñar e implementar el Framework de medición para el cliente desde un approach Full Funnel para todas las iniciativas del equipo de Growth.
  • Integrarse con las soluciones de medición del grupo a nível regional y global de forma colaborativa.
  • Formar al equipo a cargo y entrenar en conocimiento de análisis al equipo de atención al cliente(s).
