We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team at Paralucent. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation of machine learning algorithms and lead the mentoring of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain machine learning algorithms using Microsoft Azure Machine Learning tools and services.
- Lead the design and deployment of predictive models and data-driven solutions that have a direct impact on business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Collaborate with offshore teams, fostering a productive and efficient remote working environment.
- Interpret and present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with latest technology trends in data science and machine learning, and apply these learnings to drive innovation within the company.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Azure stack.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Experience working with offshore teams is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative for a non-technical audience.
