HRIS Analyst will be responsible for Ensure end to end processes for employee life cycle such as: job requisitions creation, hire, change job, leave and absence, exit and compensation changes for LATAM and US.

Also, must be a key partner for TA, HRBP, HRG and the first point of contact of our entire community in the region for operational processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The HRIS Analyst will work closely with Global Teams and Regional teams to understand the markets and procedures. This, with the mindset of how to do things different.
  • Produce monthly data analysis reports referring to HR operational processes in the region and globally.
  • Ensure Workday trainings to our new employees and support all our query system in a BAU basis.
  • Ensure how to prioritize and work with different stakeholders and ways of working as you will be supporting principally LATAM & US and in the near future, APAC and EUROPE.
  • Provide quick and quality answers to employee's questions and manage important situations with seniority and clear arguments.

Required Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Any Professional Degree
  • Experience working on a shared Service Center
  • 3+ Years of experience in related position for HR systems or HRIS
  • Workday experience (Desiderable
  • Microsfot Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
