Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Support growth by efficiently maintaining the Article Master Data in official country ranging systems
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Systems expert (RMA, SAP, DMT, Sysphera) to provide support and refreshment trainings
  • Ensure system access for local teams (RMA, DMT) to facilitate CTC ́s job performance
  • Set up seasonal assumptions in Range simulation tool based on DP input (sysphera), and set up RMA seasonal assumptions for accurate calculations
  • Support BU CTC on Ranging process by doing RMA & SAP master data checks prior to sell in start to ensure range finalization prior sellin
  • Validate local master data in RMA (RRP / WSP/LCP / RID / Size / FC) to eEnsure system consistency (RMA vs Sysphera)
  • Validate FC in RMA (in line with RDP)
  • Checks
  • Create Season records // Seasonality table // Catalog Listing & Exclusion // Perform Availability checks
  • Publish official Price list & Price list maintenance for alignment across the country
  • Ensure Master data readiness for Margin Analysis
  • Drive AFS Flag process
  • Assist in all aspects of the daytoday operations to the Sr. Manager MOPS in the preparation of the Key milestones of the GTM calendar.
  • Follow up the sample coordination process (prior, during and after sellin), organizing sample arrival tracking and ensuring efficient inventory tracking. Ensure the proper handling and loan of the samples, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Perform and lead the creation of Nacs articles and subcontracting for the local product manufacturing. Participate in the followup meetings led by subcontracting and maintain fluid communication with Operations and CTC.
  • Coordinate with the senior manager the market research for the correct pricing establishment according to the requirements of the customers and the company. Ensure the agency's delivery, establish guidelines according to the legal area, and present the report to the various interested stakeholders.

  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
