Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior:

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, commitment, motivation, and preservation of human talent.
  • Ensure the development and proper maintenance of assets and indicators such as turnover, satisfaction, compliance with work plans, etc. in the accounts.
  • Participate in the various committees and working groups in which their attendance is summoned.
  • Supervise each of the processes and implementation of the actions and guidelines received from Human Talent management.
  • Manage excellent communication and relationship with all company personnel and especially with the talent team by providing suggestions and/or plans that promote the development and growth of the account within our company.
  • Efficiently lead the implementations of a department, account, or new position assigned to him/her through the Human Talent Director.
  • Report to Human Talent Director any new developments in the account and may also propose projects or other plans for continuous improvement.
  • Attend operations meetings on time and lead the agenda of the meeting. Based on your previous analysis of the performance and progress of the accounts under your charge.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures in each of the accounts.
  • Ensure the continuous PHVA cycle of the processes he/she oversees.
  • Identify opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses and work together with the other areas, creating strategies that mitigate the findings.
  • Ensure the recording of everything in a timely manner, from execution and results and budgeting of it.
  • Maintain alignment between areas through reporting and updating of indicators.
  • Project and promote the actions to be taken to achieve the proposed objectives and goals.
  • Supervise and control that each member of his team follows the preestablished standards for each of the accounts.
  • Establish mechanisms to develop a healthy labor relations policy in the company.
  • Attend activities, meetings, and events coordinated by his/her team and/or by the company, in which his/her participation is required.
  • Attend meetings or events organized by business partners, customers, or departments that require their participation.
  • Attend inperson or virtual meetings, training, and activities scheduled by the company, which contribute to the performance of their duties and their professional development.
  • Participate when necessary in the facetoface visit made by a client or meeting requested by the business partner or his direct leader.
  • Align the team with the needs of the team and stakeholders.
  • Achieve alignment with each of the department's action plans.
  • Maintain a constant search for best practices of the induction and process
  • Care for the assets and development of the assigned team.
  • Properly plan, organize, direct, and control each of the functions performed by the business partners.
  • Immediately report to the Human Talent Management any new development that affects the operational development and that is within his/her specific assigned functions.
  • Lead and direct meetings with his/her work team at least 1 time per week.
  • Has the ability to make terminations of contracts to employees under his charge.
  • Project and promote the actions to be taken to achieve the proposed objectives and goals.
  • Supervise and control that each member of his team follows the preestablished standards for each of the accounts.
  • Immediately report to the Human Talent Management any new development that affects the operational development and that is within their specific assigned functions.
  • Lead and direct meetings with his work team at least once a week.
  • Has the ability to make terminations of contracts to employees under his charge.
  • Issue disciplinary measures in cases where necessary.
