Currently, we are seeking a **Talent Partner (Human Resources Business Partner)** to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
**Location: Medellin, Colombia.**

**What you will be doing**:
- Support leaders with team management tools, training, talent consulting, and other initiatives to improve account health.- In collaboration with other HRBPs, extrapolate best practices from the projects/accounts, establishing a standard that ensures efficiency and quality, based on corporate culture; and securing the improvement of account intervention related to employee wellness.- Provide visibility, proactive insights, and preemptive alerts that enable the Talent team to create action plans to mitigate or avoid any situation that may negatively affect stakeholder satisfaction.- Implement the talent mapping process and consecutive action plans, as well as the risk assessment process and update report.- Support the account with administrative and legal procedures related to Talent.- Activate communication channels by implementing activities that increase interaction.- Facilitate and ensure proper account onboarding and record generation.- Promote and support social impact activities within the accounts.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management.- Upto 6 Months as HR Ops, HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR-related positions.- English language skills (B2 - C1) are required.- Proficiency in digital tools such as G-Suite, ClickUp, Microsoft, Powerpoint, and Canva.- Attention to detail, intercultural competence, planning and organizational skills, teamwork, impartiality, and boldness of judgment.- Project and people management skills, effective communication skills among diverse audiences, people advocacy, change management, stakeholder management, communication and presentation Skills,
