As a Senior People Development Analyst at Optum, you will be responsible for providing employee development for the Optum Colombia team, through the delivery and administration of the Talent Development training programs and projects on organizational culture, core values, CLL practices, engagement and competency development.
Responsibilities:
- Track, compile and collected data for training reports
- Communicate training needs and online resources
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Test and review created training material
- Instruct employees through training and onboarding (NEO)
- Conduct training through new material
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, and readiness for training sessions
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a training or facilitator position.
- High English Proficiency
- Knowledge of training techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, Teams)
- Preferred knowledge of Power BI
- A minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience in a training or facilitator position
