- As a Talent Sourcer, you will:_
_ Qualifications_:
- Twilio is looking for a multifaceted individual that has specialized experience sourcing talent and has repeatedly delivered and demonstrated the pipelining process. This will be someone who lives_ _the Twilio Magic_ and has a 36+ year demonstrated track record of balancing local and global work while supporting dynamic, fastpaced recruiting teams.

_ Required:
_
- Experience in a sourcing role supporting Engineering roles at technology (software) SaaS companies._Demonstrated 36+ years of experience with Sourcing and building talent pipeline lists of qualified prospects.
account executives, sales solutions, systems support, and enterprise software._Demonstrated experience with Sourcing keep-warm strategies - nurturing, attracting, and engaging passive prospects ideally with expertise in APIs, cloud, communications, and enterprise software._Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish._Strong business insight and current on market trends.

- Comfortable with simultaneously managing multiple searches and supporting multiple recruiting teams._Able to partner with the local ecosystem to deliver results while maintaining a broad perspective and ensuring global priorities are met._
