Practicante Commercial Excellence – Haleon Colombia
Estamos en la búsqueda de practicante con alto enfoque a desarrollo y apasionado por aprender Ofrecemos una interesante y desafiante práctica profesional dentro de nuestra área de Commercial Excellence donde desempeñarás y aprenderás sobre actividades y funciones relacionadas a Trade Marketing y Efectividad de Ventas
Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave como:
Actualización diaria, semanal y mensual de reportes en Power BI Soporte cuenta Coopidrogas: Pedidos, reportes de rotación, KPI's, otros. Manejo y actualización de CEN: KPI's, reportes. Soporte operacional a equipo Expert: Tickets STT, cargue de ciclos, aprobaciones de DCR's, otros Seguimiento comercial de clientes Apoyar la ejecución e implementación de planes en los canales de venta buscando ganar participación de mercado en TOP marcas Haleon. Interactuar con equipos interdisciplinarios asegurando adecuada ejecución de los planes que incluye equipo interno (ventas, supply, regulatorios, legal, etc) y equipos externos como proveedores. Manejar las plataformas de aprobación materiales, despachos y solicitud de órdenes de compra. Apoyar y hacer seguimiento a los procesos de ofertas armadas y nuevos packs. Realizar seguimiento continuo a la ejecución presupuestal de los canales asegurando el cumplimiento de este.Un equipo unido y con sentido humano, con ganas de ir por más y romper la caja para innovar en la forma de hacer las cosas, consiguiendo así resultados increíbles y continuando con la transformación de la compañía.

Estudiante Universitario de últimos semestres de Administración de Empresas. Administración de Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo o carreras afines. Manejo intermedio/avanzado del paquete Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). Nivel de Inglés Intermedio/Avanzado – B2. Conocimiento en Power BI (deseable).Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión
