About the role:
Support, conduct and analyze Consumer market research studies (e.g. competitor, market, category, customer, consumer, and shopper) and lead the management of Continuous Market Data (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, ISCAM, IQVIA, etc.) while integrate the connecting dots to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
What you will do:
- Lead and Perform analyses of relevant data and prepare insights and recommendations to develop and grow the business, integrating Consumer and Market data.
- Gather information, monitors data on relevant trends and activities, and contribute to data and insight sharing with others (within and outside organization)
- Create reports and scorecards and provide required data to organization
- Support delivery of research according to global guidelines
- Lead local Consumer/Customer/Shopper Research according global/regional/local guidelines assuring insights landing into actions
- Support validation of vision, drivers, plans and/or recommendation by ensuring relevant insight is available to support argumentation
- Contribute to best practice sharing, respective networks and projects
- Support the LSP (Long Strategic Plan) Process for all the categories
- Support the relationship with the continuous Market Data information vendors (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, ISCAM, IQVIA, etc.) in the day by day relationship and requirements
- Lead and maintain the contact and delivery of local Marker Data databases to Global CI team
- Responsible of the choice of adequate research method for each assigned projects. (market & consumer). Thinking together to deliver the most efficient recommendations for the business. Actively participate in customer, consumer & shopper related decision making.
- Responsible of the management of the relation with our external partners, from the administration to the data accuracy.
Who you are:
- At least 5 years' experience in Consumer Research and managing Market data databases (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, ISCAM, IQVIA, etc.) or similar.
- Great service attitude, attention to details, analytical skills, team work oriented and sense of urgency, synthesis, empathic communication, leadership, connecting the dots, and influence.
- English level B1.
